We've gotten a lot of great feedback during our public alpha and the response has been overwhelmingly positive.
What users loved the most:
- The visual canvas
- Version-controlled infrastructure
- Zero-downtime deploys
- Environment forking
Where we could improve:
- Setting up their own Kubernetes cluster
- Managing nodes, networking, and upgrades just to get started
Today we're excited to announce Suga Cloud.
What is Suga Cloud?
Suga Cloud is managed hosting built into the Suga platform. We took your feedback seriously, you no longer need to bring your own cloud account, provision a cluster, or worry about keeping it healthy just to get your app in front of users. We now take all of that on (unless you want to, and that's fine too!)
With Suga Cloud, we handle the infrastructure end-to-end. You sign up, push a container, and your app goes live with automatic TLS, CDN, WAF, DDoS protection, load balancing, internal service discovery, and persistent volumes for databases like Postgres and Redis.
That's a production-grade setup in minutes, with ongoing maintenance and upgrades handled for you and all of this is included on every plan, including the free plan.
How pricing works
Suga Cloud is pay-as-you-go for compute, storage, and network. A small API and database runs about $17/month — covered by a single Pro seat's $20/month in hosting credits. Credits are pooled across your org, so a team of five can use up to $100/month in hosting credits before paying for any additional usage.
There are three plans:
- Free — one project, one environment, community support. Deploy a side project and take the platform for a test drive.
- Pro ($20/seat/month) — unlimited projects and environments, environment forking, 500K AI tokens and hosting credits per seat, email support.
- Enterprise (custom) — SSO/SAML, audit logs, custom SLAs, priority support, and the option to bring your own Kubernetes cluster.
You can see the full pricing breakdown.
